Founder and Director

Omeaka Jackson, LCPC is the Founder and Director of the Anne Arundel County divison of Harvesting Hope, Inc. She is a practicing Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. Ms. Jackson has over 21 years of experience working with youth and families in many different areas. She has worked in the education, human services, community counseling and community services field with titles ranging from site director to peer leader. She began her work and gained passion for community services while working at Northern Educational Services in MA. She started there as a peer leader and has maintained her work with youth and families. She obtained her Master's Degree at Liberty University, her Bachelor's Degree at University of Maryland University College and Associate's Degree at STCC. Ms. Jackson is blessed to be the mother of two children and mom to many who she loves dearly and the grandmother of a beautiful grand-daughter.
Ms. Jackson has been volunteering with youth and families assisting with graduation, completing college applications and empowering parents with parenting and working with schools to meet the needs of their child(ren).
