Sowing Seeds

Ms. Jackson noticed there was a disconnect in many of the communities she has lived in and found herself making connections with young people and parents due the need of being connected. Her sister Charlene Jones noticed the same thing in her community. Both ladies worked with young people and adults helping them identify and achieve goals, tutor those who needed it, mentored young people and their peers and help individuals get connected to community resources from youth sports to aftercare programs. Understanding there was a greater need Ms. Jackson decided it was time to make her calling a reality and founded Harvesting Hope,Inc.
Harvesting Hope, Inc. is a startup youth and family program targeting youth are struggling in school, home and or community to make better choice or just need the extra guidance to help them along the way. We are launching our mentoring program as a first step in introducing ourselves to the public, community agencies and government agencies. We will provide mentoring to teens and young adults who have the potential risk for academic problems, high school dropout, juvenile services and or jail.
